NOTE: We offer most of our services using a flat rate system, so you don't have to worry about paying by the hour. We have a minimum service fee of $200 ($150 military/first responder). This covers our technician's time and travel, up to 45 minutes of basic diagnostics, and a 1 year parts and labor warranty. If the repairs are more extensive and cannot be completed during the scheduled appointment time, we'll schedule a follow-up appointment which will not incur an additional service fee.

Install estimates have a design fee of $200 ($150 Military/First Responder). This covers the technician's time thoroughly evaluating your property and creating a system specifically designed for your property’s needs. The fee is due on the day of the appointment, and will be applied toward your installation total when you choose to move forward with us.
